Today I walked along the border fence that stretches between San Diego and Tijuana, Mexico. This newest part (in Imperial Beach) is made only of concrete pillars with a thin strip of steel connecting the tops.I found a lost grip, a black fleece glove - maybe thrown through from Mexico.

Several hours later at Crabtree Falls - just next to the parking lot in the leaves, another left - a leather work glove with a tiny red bead on the pull tie at the wrist.

And then about 20 yards away, at the same lobster pound - a grimy blue (left) rubber work glove.
Machias, Maine: Flat and soaked in the rain, a medium size (left) grey knit, lost grip - found at the Mobile station next to the Machais Falls on Highway #1.

Inside on the splintered wood - someone had left a blue and white knit work glove, a left.
